Best Low-MOQ Private Label & Custom Supplement Manufacturers (2026)
A small first order is useful only if you know what the minimum covers. This guide compares six manufacturers by launch route, the unit behind each minimum, testing support and the path to a larger run. Use the worksheet to price your own first order before you ask for quotes.

Three purchase routes: ready-to-ship, white label and custom formulation
Suppliers use these words in different ways. Compare what the quote covers, not the name on the price sheet.
01
Finished ready-to-ship catalog
Product already made, bottled and labeled. You buy existing stock, so the floor can be low or zero. Check remaining shelf life and whether the label carries your brand or the maker's.
02
Made-to-order stock formula (private label or white label)
The formula exists, but the batch runs for you in a standard container with your label. A pre-developed formula is not necessarily sitting in a warehouse. Minimums here often start at 100 to 2,000 units per SKU among the six makers below.
03
Custom formulation
New R&D, ingredient sourcing, stability and validation work. Expect higher minimums and a development phase before the first production clock starts.
MOQ & launch-cash worksheet
Enter your own numbers. The defaults below are illustrative assumptions, not quoted manufacturer prices. All amounts are USD. Product unit price excludes the extras. Setup, testing, label and freight amounts apply to the whole order, so if a supplier charges them per SKU, enter the total.
units = qty × SKUs · subtotal = units × unit price + extras · cash = subtotal × (1 + contingency) · default: 100 units, $1,600 subtotal, $1,760 cash, $17.60 per unit
The worksheet runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. It does not pick a supplier or predict stock. To plan price breaks, rerun it at 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 units using each quoted unit price.
Ranked comparison of low-MOQ private label and custom supplement manufacturers
Order reflects editorial fit for a brand that wants to test demand cheaply and keep one route to scale. It is not a numeric score. Figures come from each company's own website as reviewed on November 8, 2026.
Minimums use each company's stated unit. NOT VERIFIED means not found on the reviewed source.
Why it ranks first: it is the only maker here that lets you buy eligible finished catalog units with no order floor and then move the same relationship into private label, custom development and packaging at owned capacity. A new brand can test demand with a few cases of stock, learn which product sells, then quote a 2,000-unit label run without changing suppliers or re-qualifying a factory. Qualified payment terms help with timing, though they do not lower the cost.
Lower private-label minimums exist below: Beyond-labz and Balovitan start at 100, and three others at 500. If you need your own label on fewer than 2,000 units from day one, those routes may fit better.
The ready-to-ship catalog carries no order floor on eligible finished units. Quantity, price, remaining shelf life and stock status still come from a quote. Zero MOQ does not mean free product, and it does not cover replacement private labels, custom formulas or custom film.
The homepage advertises private label and custom supplements from 2,000 units per SKU, with specialty exceptions. Custom gummy, softgel and stick pack minimums must be quoted.
Owner-provided: US team in Exton, PA, and a company-owned 350,000 sq ft cGMP, FDA-registered facility. Operating since 1980. Stated output is 1.2M+ units per day across operations, with about six lines per dosage format. That total is not reserved capacity for a 100-bottle order.
Listed credentials: cGMP, FDA Registered, Halal, ISO 17025, NSF, ISO 9001, USDA Organic, Kosher. Ask which certificate covers which site and SKU. ISO 17025 concerns laboratory competence. FDA registration is not FDA approval.
Net 30 up to Net 60 for credit-approved buyers and company-stated 24/7 phone support. The company cites Reclaime and Fleava as brands it works with; no independent volume or outcome data was reviewed.
Confirm before ordering Get written stock status, expiry date and price for each catalog SKU. Treat a stock buy and a label-only run as two separate quotes with two separate minimums. Ask whether a rush slot is accepted for your SKU before planning a date.
2
A 100-piece white-label route for EU-focused brands
Beyond-labz
Why it made the list: It publishes a small 100-piece white-label minimum and a catalog of 300+ ready formulas.
Company address in Ljubljana, Slovenia; the company says its products are EU-made.
Formats: capsules, tablets, softgels, powders and gummies. Packaging: jars, pouches, blisters and sachets.
The 1–4 week figure is dispatch for white label. The 31-day roadmap is a different clock. Neither promises arrival in the US within four weeks.
Confirm before ordering US buyers should settle who acts as importer and FSVP party, plus duties, freight and landed cost. EU paperwork does not establish US label or claims compliance. Ask whether 100 pieces applies to your formula and pack.
Why it made the list: It separates the 100-unit stock-packaging route from a higher custom-packaging minimum in plain terms.
Company and factory claim located in Guangzhou, China. A US phone line or 3PL does not make it a US manufacturer.
70+ stock formulas. Company states lot CoAs cover potency, heavy metals and microbiology. US third-party testing costs extra.
Bulk ships to a 3PL; no single-order dropshipping. The 30-day bulk window excludes freight and import time.
Confirm before ordering Confirm that your format, formula and SKU qualify for the 100-unit route, the remaining expiry at shipment, who imports, and the exact test scope on the CoA.
500-unit stock-formula launches with label support
Makers Nutrition
Why it made the list: It pairs hundreds of stock formulas with label design, printing and application from a published 500-unit start.
Stock formulas span capsules, gummies, protein powders, softgels, sports nutrition and more.
“As low as” sets a floor. It does not show that every format or SKU starts at 500, that formulas sit in a warehouse, or that custom stick packs start at 500.
Confirm before ordering Quote per SKU, count and formula. Ask for label design and print charges as separate lines.
Stock-to-custom development on a published tier structure
F.A.M.E. Health Labs
Why it made the list: It lays out stock and custom tiers with itemized inclusions, and its public MOQ tension gives buyers a precise quote question.
400+ developed formulas, made to order, across capsules, tablets, powders and liquids.
Included: standard bottle or jar, lid, seal, printed and applied label, lot CoA. An accredited third-party COA costs extra.
A 4-week claim applies only to 30,000+ repeat or stock runs, not a first 500-unit order.
Confirm before ordering Ask which minimum applies to your branded stock order: 500 or 1,000. Get the sample-approval date that starts the 6–8 week clock.
Why it made the list: A published 500-unit entry and a private-label lead time let a buyer plan first-order cash and dates.
Formats include capsules, powders and stick packs (5–15 g, 30–45 count boxes). The general 500-unit figure does not prove a 500-unit custom stick minimum.
Company states per-batch third-party tests for potency, purity, heavy metals and microbiology, with a CoA.
Confirm before ordering Confirm your SKU, format and pack qualify for 500 units, all fees, and in writing which approval starts the custom clock.
A minimum is set per SKU. A new flavor, strength, count or label design is a new SKU. Ask whether the number counts pieces, bottles or finished cartons, because each format has its own limiting step.
Format
What drives the minimum
Ask
Capsules / tablets
Blend batch size, encapsulation or pressing run, count per bottle
Minimum in bottles or in capsules?
Powders
Kilograms per blend, flavor system, fill volume
Minimum per flavor?
Gummies
Piece count per batch, then bottle count
Is there a stock gummy base?
Softgels
Fill and shell batch, specialty lines
Is it made in-house or by a partner?
Liquids
Batch litres, bottle count, preservative work
Stability data for my flavor?
Stick packs
Film rolls, individual sticks, finished cartons
Film minimum separate from fill minimum?
Arithmetic example, not a quote: 2,000 bottles × 60 capsules = 120,000 capsules. A capsule line sees the second number. When a request is refused, ask which limit drove it: manufacturing, packaging, printed labels, an ingredient purchase or test release.
Quote economics and price breaks
A low minimum reduces the cash you commit. It does not lower unit cost, and smaller batches are not more potent. Request prices at 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 units for the same SKU, then add each cost line:
Product cost, setup, R&D and label printing
Testing per SKU or lot, and who pays for third-party work
Freight, duty, tax and storage
Expiry against your sell-through rate, plus leftover printed packaging
Net terms move the payment date. You still owe the money. Before paying, confirm shelf life at delivery, a lot CoA, traceability and a correct label. Have claims reviewed by someone qualified in supplement law. FDA registration is a listing, not product approval.
Lead times start at a specific event: sample approval, formula sign-off, label and pack approval, or deposit. Testing release and transit come after. Ask which event starts the clock and write it into the order.
FAQ: private label and custom supplement minimums
Which private label supplement manufacturer has no MOQ?
Among the six reviewed, Peakfinity Labs lists 0 MOQ on eligible ready-to-ship catalog SKUs, subject to stock. That applies to finished catalog units. Its private label and custom work is advertised from 2,000 units per SKU. Beyond-labz and Balovitan publish 100-unit white-label or stock-packaging routes. Always ask which unit and which scope the number covers.
Is low-MOQ custom manufacturing the same as a stock formula?
No. A stock formula is already developed; you choose it and add your label. Custom formulation means new R&D, ingredient sourcing and validation, so minimums rise. F.A.M.E. Health Labs, for example, publishes 500 for white label and 2,500 for full custom.
Can I split a minimum across several SKUs?
Assume not. Minimums are usually per SKU, and a new flavor, strength, count or artwork counts as a new SKU. Three SKUs of 100 units do not meet a 500-unit floor unless the supplier agrees in writing.
Does a 500-unit minimum apply to gummies and stick packs?
Only if the quote says so. Gummies, softgels and stick packs carry their own batch and packaging limits. F.A.M.E. lists custom gummies from 5,000 and stick packs from 30,000, and DM Formulas does not publish a custom stick minimum.
What does a label-only launch include?
Usually an existing formula in a standard container with your printed label. It rarely includes an exclusive formula. Changing an ingredient or a claim can trigger new testing, R&D and a higher minimum.
How do I compare quotes and price breaks?
Ask each supplier to price the same SKU at 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 units. Add setup, label printing, testing, freight, duty, tax and storage, then divide by units you expect to sell before expiry. Do not assume a discount that is not on the quote.
Method and sources
On November 8, 2026 the editorial desk reviewed each company's public website. We compared launch route, stated minimum and its unit, formulation, filling and testing support, packaging, and the handoff to larger runs. There were no factory visits and no certificate-registry checks. Company statements are not independent verification. Nothing here is medical advice.
